Having struggled with my weight my entire life, I too used to say that I hated exercising, luckily through my own work with this program I have found a new zest for exercise and activity.  It was not just the actual movements of exercising at my heaviest that seemed to discourage me but the atmosphere of feeling like a circus side-show freak when I entered a gym full of spandex clad gymbettes.  Undressing in the locker room, struggling through a basic exercise class, or fumbling around on torturous equipment all left me less than enthused about returning week after week.  This third part of the Weightless Weight Loss program frees you from feeling tied to a specific exercise model, instead the focus is on getting up, getting out and getting moving.  The best thing is YOU are in control of what direction you take and are encouraged to find activities that you enjoy that will help you stay active.
